Keith S. Ciceron, Attorney at Law

Mr. Ciceron represents homeowners associations throughout California. He is known for his outstanding analytical and negotiation skills. He handles many transactional issues and all litigation matters for the firm.  Mr. Ciceron is rated AV Preeminent 5 out of 5 by Martindale Hubbell.

He has represented clients in insurance defense matters including personal injury, including automobile, commercial and public transit liability, premises liability, mold and toxic tort exposure. He has also litigated construction defect and insurance coverage cases. Mr. Ciceron’s experience includes discovery and motion practice, mediations, settlement conferences, and trial preparation. 

During college, Mr. Ciceron was a member of the Track & Field team and Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity. While in law school, he served as an Associate Writer for the Law Review and worked as a judicial intern for the Hon. Berle M. Schiller of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 

Mr. Ciceron is a member of the San Diego Defense Lawyers and a past member of the California Western School of Law Alumni Board. He is married to Christina Ciceron, who is also an attorney with the firm. They have a daughter, Cassidy Brynn and a son, Carter Beckett.  Mr. Ciceron enjoys playing softball and traveling abroad.
